Vanity Mirrors
Lumina Pro Inc. will provide the original purchaser with a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty for vanity mirrors with factory defects that occur within 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and requires your order number, proof of purchase and the product returned to our warehouse.
Any defects (not damages caused by wear and tear) arising during this time frame will either be repaired or replaced, at Lumina Pro Inc.’s option and expense. Lumina Pro Inc. has the right to examine the vanity mirror and determine in its sole discretion whether such vanity mirror appears to be defective. The limited warranty does not include bulb life span.
The following terms and conditions apply to this warranty:
- The vanity mirror must have been purchased from www.luminapro.co
- The consumer must show proof of purchase from the online store
- The consumer must agree to have their product inspected by a professional in their area.
- The vanity mirror must be returned in its original package. If the item is returned damaged, the customer will not be issued a replacement.
Any replacement vanity mirror will be under the same warranty period as the original product.
This warranty does not apply to any vanity mirror that has been subjected to negligence in transportation, handling, storage or use, or has been repaired, or in any way tampered with, or which has been subjected to abuse, damage or alteration or damaged by external causes not directly contributed to by the purchaser, which has been subjected to improper installation, application, unauthorized service, or which has been subject to power surges, flood, fire, direct or indirect lightning strikes, or other acts of nature, or which has been subjected to accidental breakage, vandalism, explosions or acts of war.
All warranty claims must be received by Lumina Pro Inc. prior to the expiry of the 1 year warranty period. During the 1-year warranty period you may be asked to ship your item back to us. All vanity mirrors must be shipped back in their original packaging. Original packaging includes but is not limited to, the outer box, the inner box and the inner wood frame. If any of these pieces that form part of the original packaging are missing, the mirror will shatter. We will not be responsible or liable for any damages caused by you due to your failure to return the item in its original packaging as defined herein.
THE VANITY MIRROR LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY GIVEN BY LUMINA PRO INC.. LUMINA PRO INC. MAKES, AND BUYER RECEIVES, NO OTHER WARRANTY EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE FOR ANY CONSIGNED OR BUYER SUPPLIED MATERIALS, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED HERE FROM.
The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with their return during the 1-year warranty period. During the 1-year warranty period, you may be asked to ship your item back to us. All vanity mirrors must be shipped back in their original packaging. Original packaging includes but is not limited to, the outer box, the inner box and the inner wood frame. If any of these pieces that form part of the original packaging are missing, the mirror will shatter. We will not be responsible or liable for any damages caused by you due to your failure to return the item in its original packaging as defined herein.
If you are shipping back an item that costs over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance and tracking to ensure the item arrives to the Lumina Pro Inc. facility. We are not responsible, nor do we accept any liability in the event where we receive your return in a condition different from the condition in which your item arrived to you. Please contact your local shipping carrier in the event of any damages incurred by the return shipping process.
Ring Lights
Lumina Pro Inc. will provide the original purchaser of the Lumina Pro branded product(s) within the Ring Lights range a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty for factory defects that occur within 1 year from the date of purchase. The Warranty is non-transferable and requires your order number, proof of purchase and the product returned to our warehouse.

How long are shipping and processing?

How are the mirrors packaged, and will they break during transit?
All our products and lamps are tested before delivery. Our products are double packaged with a wood frame and specifically designed corner protectors to ensure safe delivery. It is essential to save the original packaging for any return or warranty claims.Â

How do I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an e-mail at info@luminapro.co. An order can only be canceled if the warehouse has not dispatched your order.Â

Route Packaging Protection
Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It's provided by Route. Route will contact you with all insurance info and terms via email.
Route will inform you of the shipping and tracking for your package, regardless of whether you have purchased the insurance.Â
